11. Verified Creator Program

By applying to become a Verified Creator on The STL Trenches, you agree to the following additional terms:

  • Verification Process: All verification requests are subject to review and approval by our administration team. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion.
  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and truthful information in your verification request, including but not limited to your identity, creator accounts, and proof documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate denial or revocation of verified status.
  • Proof Documents: You agree to provide legitimate proof documents to verify your identity and ownership of creator accounts. All documents will be handled confidentially and used solely for verification purposes.
  • Creator Responsibilities: As a verified creator, you are responsible for:
    • Maintaining accurate information about your STLs
    • Ensuring all STLs you claim ownership of are legitimately yours
    • Updating your creator name and STL information as needed
    • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your content
  • STL Assignment: Upon approval, STLs matching your provided creator name will be automatically assigned to your account. You are responsible for verifying that all assigned STLs are correct.
  • Account Access: Verified creators receive access to a Creator Dashboard where they can manage their STLs. This access is granted on a read-only basis for general site data (models, factions, warbands) and full management access for your own STLs only.
  • Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke verified creator status at any time if you violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the platform or its users.
  • Email Notifications: You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your verification request and any changes to your verified creator account.
