Bebok, the Boogeyman
Description
Folk stories often tell of the boogeyman, or many variants of its name. Few know the true origin. A rare and forgotten species, lurking deep in forests. The Bebok hunts in the dark, hearing the slightest whisper or crack of a twig from far away. Twice as tall as a man even when hunched, its long arms allow it to suddenly grasp its prey or slam with extreme force. Some Beboks even learned to throw rocks or scavenged spears with deadly precision over hundreds of meters.
