The False Knight
The false knight grows in shadow, and while often associated with dark pools of water or patches of spilled blood, obscure accounts suggest this isn’t always necessary for one to appear.

The creature’s appearance (for which it is named) is actually quite consistently documented. A looming, ten foot horror, arranging its flesh in a twisted mockery of a noble warrior, complete with flapping, toothed flesh resembling a cloak. Sages believe it takes this form to kill, imitating us. Imitating our behaviours. Our shapes.

It’s even said that it can sometimes take the exact shape of another creature, not just imitating them, but becoming them, stuffing itself into a grisly approximation of their skin. The false knight’s body is actually ooze-like—an amorphous mass that can change shape or size at will, within limits. It hardens its exterior to function as armor, but can easily liquefy these chitinous plates when squeezing under your door at night.

And yet, for its stealth, the false knight wants to be seen. Unlike other false entities which exist in the blind spot of the mortal mind, the knight operates differently. Its appearance doesn’t just draw attention—it dominates it, rendering creatures unable to pay attention to anything else. Like exposed flesh sticking to a hot stove, the false knight sears itself into the base levels of your brain, forcing you to look. Gaining strength from your fear.

The Likho is a feeble creature, skulking at the edge of the battlefield, its massive eye casting an evil gaze that brings terrible misfortune. Soldiers trip, muskets misfire and rations rot. The abomination can focus its energy into a single point, causing a misfortune blast - with a strong wind small objects in the area are thrown against each other, including knives and grenades.

This model has the weapon on the right hand, so mirror it and scale to 64% of original to match the official TC Hunter size (32mm).

The Great Holy War: Knights of Hell Kit is a modular kit that comes with the assortment of pieces shown in the picture. This kit allows all sorts of design possibilities and can be further enhanced with clever kit bashing.

This kit is 28mm scale (though stands quite tall, look at the body on the back of the cape for referenced), does not come with the bases shown, and is not pre-supported. Increase size by 15% in the slicer for 32mm scale games such as Trench Crusade.
