Cult of the Black Grail

Beelzebub, Lord of the Flies, unleashes the Black Grail—a plague that destroys bodies but leaves minds intact to suffer. For nine days, hell-flies and locusts rampage unchecked. Bodies rise as Grail Thralls, forming warbands that mock the devotions of the faithful and the Trench Pilgrims.

The Order of the Fly leads these corrupted legions with strict hierarchy: Grand Masters and Mistresses of the Black Grail command Seneschals of Decay, while Knight Companions of Gluttony and Commanders of the Rotten Cross lead specialized forces. The ecclesiastic wing includes Plague Almoners, Procyonis Sacristas, Bubonic Visitors, and Pustulators who defile holy sites and transport them to Ekron for blasphemous transformation.
