Touched by divine visions, the mad and maimed gather around Prophets and Prophetesses, forming Trench Pilgrim Processions. These zealots charge across No Man's Land with unrivaled fervor, armed with antique muskets, scourges, and Molotov cocktails. The Seventh Meta-Christ may resurrect fallen Pilgrims as Martyr-Penitents—warriors halfway between Heaven and Earth who feel no pain. Stigmatic Nuns manifest wounds of the Third Meta-Christ, growing stronger with each bleeding cut as they charge into close combat.

Ecclesiastic Prisoners—captured enemies or volunteer sinners—are driven forward strapped with explosives. War Prophets lead with support from Castigators who maintain discipline through multi-thonged war scourges. Unsanctioned Communicants are created in black market laboratories using Meta-Christ flesh—huge blind warriors with superhuman strength and holy vision. These processions often clash with the Church's warbands and Heretic forces alike.
